The SORTEX F BioVision optical sorter can sort all types of groundnuts, tree nuts and dried fruit. It detects color defects, foreign matter and sorts in throughputs of up to 12 tons per hour. It can also be easily configured for multiple re-sorting.
The SORTEX F can detect nut shells, fragments, shape defects, and foreign materials as small as 2 mm in size.
The chutes have an adjustable separator, which you can easily remove to match your sorting needs. Configure it for high throughput for better yields or for multiple re-sorting.
All critical components on the SORTEX F BioVision optical sorter are fully sealed and protected to IP56X rating. This allows you to completely wash down the optical sorter without damaging the electronics.
The SORTEX F BioVision’s machine learning software automatically calibrates the lighting and camera system during setup. Simply choose a sorting mode to start sorting.
The SORTEX F comes with PROfile shape detection software. This uses shape recognition algorithms to detect defects such as sticks, attached stems, pits and misshapen product as well as foreign matter.
