Amaranth is a high-protein pseudograin/pseudocereal because its taste and cooking properties are similar to those of grains/cereals. It is a seed like quinoa and buckwheat with a lot of potential.

 

Amaranth belongs to the family of ancient grains and is gluten-free. It can be helpful in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, stomach disorders and anemia.

Our processes include cleaning and pearling/polishing of amaranth, as well as grinding and grading solutions to further process amaranth into flour.
