The Ultratrieur is an indented separator that separates grain and other granular products according to their length. It is used for cleaning, grading, seed processing and conditioning industrial products. It comes in a modular design.
We have designed the trough for easy adjustment. To set the grading for each product, simply turn the control element manually directly at the machine.
The enclosed design and the aspiration vent both help to reduce dust emissions and improve sanitation in your processing plant.
You may fit your grading machine with optionally available hardened indented cylinders. These have roughly twice the service life of conventional cylinders. They help to increase the efficiency of your cleaning and can save up to 30% in costs.
The Ultratrieur has an opening with a plastic flap so you can take samples at any time.
