The Leybold Optics CCS series is a range of high-quality vacuum coating systems with minimal footprint which are used for antireflective and fashion coatings. They can produce from 50 to 200 pairs of lenses in 8h and are ideal for small and mid-size labs.
The unique modular concept enables you to start with a moderate investment and upgrade later as your production volume and product variety increases.
From classic broadband anti-reflection coating to mirror coatings, the Leybold Optics CCS can handle a great number of different processes, ideal for production sizes of 50 to 200 pairs in 8 h.
Although the CCS is the smallest in our portfolio, it uses the same coating technology as our larger machines, delivering the same high-quality coating.
You can choose upgrades related to the electron-beam gun capabilities, the implementation of a cryogenic refrigeration system or additional chamber hydrophobic coating functionality at any point, allowing you to expand the system as your business grows.
The unique top-loader design makes the Leybold Optics CCS the ideal choice for small to mid-size coating labs. For example, you can change the coater from standard full-dome production to automatic flip-over functionality within seconds.
An array of optional components includes two different kinds of substrate holders, an automatic flip-over lens carrier and a variety of standard domes for different lens diameters, making the CCS suitable for a wide range of applications.

Easy system upgrades from 610 to 610+ and to 700 makes the CCS series ideal for your growing business. The CCS 610 is best suited for small labs with a low production volume, up to 100 pairs in 8h. The CCS 610+ has a cryogenic cooler and faster batch times, and is ideal for small-medium labs, up to 150 pairs in 8h. A larger dome can be fitted to the CCS 700, and it can make up to 200 pairs in 8h.
